I hate double clicking those tiny thin lines. Is there another way?

Moreover, if you miss, you get query properties, which can obscure what you were clicking. Then you either have to move the mouse ($%^&$!!!) or at least go alt-F6, alt-F4.

You could try right clicking them.

Or actually set up relationships between the tables.

They're ferociously difficult to right click also.

I found it. Menu's View/Join Properties.
