Modify text string with count, tokenizing and more user readable format

Hello,
I would like to ask for help with following problem. I have a list of strings in column A, from row 1 to row 3100, the text expresses a relation between Operators and Elements.

Example:

OR, Con1 SEQ, Con2 OR, Con3 PX, Con3 PX, Con2 OR, Con6 2xPX, Con6 PX, Con6 DD, Con1 SEQ, Con10 OR, Con11 XX, Con11 XX, Con10 OR, Con14 DT, Con14 DT, Con14 DT, Con14 DD, Con14 DT, Con14 DT, Con14 DT, Con14 DT

Operators and elements can be recognized also through capital letters, but the possible list is :

Operators – OR, NOT, SEQ, AND – can be parent or child
Elements – DT,DD, PX, XX – can be child only

Each token is related to it’s parent through a number appended to text ‘Con’. Con1 SEQ means that the SEQ belong to the first operator/element in the string. The relation should be expressed through brackets, as OR(SEQ(…)), where OR is a direct parent of SEQ and … are any children of the SEQ parent.

Rules:
Often more than one child belongs to a parent, in such case the children should be counted and expressed with a count in the result. It may happen that children are already counted, if so the count is expressed as Nx preceeding the element, where N is the number, i.e. 3xPX means 3 times element PT. Often the not all children of one parent are counted fully, i.e. Con3 PX, Con3 PX occurs. The order of children is random, i.e. Con3 3xPX, Con3 XX, Con3 PT, Con3 2xXX may occur.
Should there be more than one type of the elements, the count should be divided by a coma, i.e (4xPX,3xXX).

Using the above example, the expected result would then be:
In above example the first 9 operators/elements would result in parent and children relation as:

OR
SEQ
OR
2xPX
OR
3xPX,1xDD
SEQ
OR
2xXX
OR
7xDT,1xDD

The expected text string in column B would then be:

OR(SEQ(OR(2xPX))(OR(3xPX,1xDD)))(SEQ(OR(2xXX))(OR(7xDT,1xDD)))

I need to do that for each of 1 to 3100 rows.
Would you be able to help?
