Modify system Report

In Excel VBA .. Could you please provide with Macro code that will do the following processes:

1- Import the file from Text,
2- Remove - sign from right to left of the amounts
3- Arrange the report in which all same products ( names) are on top of each other.
4- Under each group provide the sum of the quantity.

Also, how is the Text File formatted? Comma delimited?
