Hello to all, this is my first post in here.
This is my situation, Im woking on a Model to track "Budget" vs "Actual" of a Construction project. In my model you can choose if you want to forecast the "Budget" data in a straight line or as a S-Curve; when choosing the S-Curve option, it gives back a normal distribution of the budget (using start/end month as inputs).
But what if I want to show a different scenario showing more aggressive expenditures at the beginning and softening towards the end (or skewed to the right), how can I incorporate a different distribution so I can play with at least the skewness of the forecasted budget.
Hope you guys can help me!.
