Modifiying Excel Template

All,

I downloaded a prepackaged template off the office 365 site and am having some trouble modifying the macro to apply the color shade formatting and text formatting associated with the userforms "Toggle Task Complete" & "Select Task Priority" Ideally i would like to be able to apply the format changes using the button from B5:Z80

Hi
I downloaded the template and it's a weekly schedule with days across the top and times down the side. Given this, what do you want to fill in to cells out to column Z and row 80? I think you might need to provide some more information about what you are trying to achieve, perhaps with a screenshot?

Adam,

have modified its intended use to serve as a crew calendar as way to organize

our flight crews. the functionally of the template was to allow me to assign a plane to a crew member and then filter by project. the issue I am having when after expanding the table to past the column K, I am no longer able to use the functionality.

Hello

I've had a look at the code and it checks to see if you can use the range using this code

Application.Intersect(ActiveCell, Me.Range("Grid"))

which means that the area the button is working on is the named range 'Grid'.

You can change this range by using 'Name Manager' on the 'Formulas' tab in Excel. You can make this point to whatever range you want the button to work on.
