I'm a new user to Access and inherited a database with zero background....please forgive my lack of knowledge. I use excel to access the data through pivot tbls. Several months ago I had an option in my PT fields that has now disappeared. I don't know what i did or how to get it back...below is a high level of what i do...

I loaded the database each month using excel import. I also update 3 excel files. Once Access is loaded I open a series of 3 excel files-pivot tables and refresh them. The first file refreshes the master data i import to access, the other 2 pull in the excel files with the supplement data. Any thoughts on what i can do to find the missing field? Thanks in advance!</SPAN>
