Missing PivotTable Tools in Excel Ribbon

I am working in excel with the add in QQube that creates pivot tables from a database. I am running into an issue where sometimes the PivotTable Fields box does not show up when I click on a field in the pivot table. After researching it and contacting the company they said that when you click on any field in any pivot table on my ribbon in excel it should have Pivot Table Tools, mine does not have that and I cannot find it to add it. I have office 365. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
