I am working in a construction company, and i have two excel workbooks one of them is for labor recruitment and the other is for staff recruitment.
the company is working on 5 construction projects (A,B,C,D,E).
each work book has the information of each candidate in the whole company depending if he is a staff or a labor and the workbook contains the columns (position, name, salary, project,...etc).

now i have a project in the company that i need to make quick reports on project (B), they want all the candidates who is working in project (B) to be mentioned in it (staff and labor).

what i usually do is to filter candidates in (labor recruitment) by project (B) and do the same for (staff recruitment) and combine them in another separate sheet.

the question is:

how can i make a new (workbook) that reflects only the candidates that are working in Project (B) from the two workbooks (labor and staff) and list them in one excel sheet.

keeping in mind that the two workbooks mentioned (staff and labor) are updated by my colleagues hourly as we have high recruitment at the moment so im looking for something dynamic.

whoever finds the solution will win a lays ketchup chips.:)
