I'm trying to mirror 3 Columns (staff names, staff number, position) from sheet1 to sheet2. Sheet 2 will have the 3 mirrored columns plus additional collums that need to relate to the 3 mirrored columns (such as pay, Birthdays ect)
I need to be able add and delete rows on sheet1 and for this to reflect on sheet2 (if a new colleague starts or leaves) .
I also need the formating to stay the same as sheet1. I have tried a few methods such as adding a query and the formating doesn't come across nor does the adding and removing of rows for the entire sheet.
Please help!

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Hi Robynelle:
I'm able to insert & delete rows on my master spreadsheet - and this is reflected on the mirror copy once I hit "Refresh All" on the mirror copy. I'm still trying to figure out myself how to mirror the formatting of my master sheet to the mirrored one. Sorry I can't help there!
