Migrating Text Boxes in a report

I'm developing a report in which on one column I've added a text box for ease of text input (word wrap and formating). I have it snapping to the grid, and it looks just how I want it, but in a print preview or when I print it, the text box migrates up the page as the number of pages increases and is no longer in line with the multiple rows.

Any help would be appreciated.
