Hi everyone,

I am looking to insert fields into my document so that all I have to do is "tab" through to each field that I need to change. My entire document will remain the same except for a few fields. I would like these fields to remain blank and grey while there is no data so that I can see where they are and tab through accordingly.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Hi wiseguy,

What you're describing is a Word form, using formfields.

To turn a document into one of these, you simply position the cursor at a given point where you want to insert some data and insert a formfield at that point. The various types of formfield you can insert are found on the forms toolbar - you have the choice of simple text boxes, dropdowns and checkboxes. Each type of formfield has various properties you can set. See Word's help file for more details.

Cheers
