Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
Hi Dennis,

You could create a folder called READ then set up a rule to move any messages with the word "Read:" in the title to the READ folder?

First right click on your Inbox, select Create Folder. Name the new folde r READ, this should now appear as a sub-folder of your Inbox.

Select Tools from your top menu, then Rules and Alerts. Select New Rule, depending on your version of Outlook you may be presented with a box which provides you with quick rules or a whole walkthrough of a new rule. Basically, you want to select to move the messages to the specified folder when a new message is received with the word "Read:" in the title.

Hope this helps,
Nicola
