Microsoft Outage affecting MS Access?

I administer a DB MS Access 365 FE/Azure SQL Server BE -- we've been experiencing very slow performance the last couple of days -- I'm assuming its because of the recent Microsoft outage...as nothing else has changed on our end, but just seeing if others are experiencing any similar issues?

Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
