I am interested in learning more about the Microsoft MVP program. Can anyone tell me or point me to any links with more information regarding:

1. What are the requirments to qualify? Tests etc.
2. What benifits are you afforded once becoming an MVP?
3. Once you become one how do you maintain MVP status?
