Hi,

I deal with MI within my department. At the moment I have a master file where I document weekly stats, however I do it manually.

Weekly stats I get in excel format. It always looks the same way:
column A: process name
column B: items
column C: time

Then I manually take the stats I need and copy/paste into the master index.

I tried vlookup or index/match, however these require more work than actually taking the data manually.

Master index had all the processes week by week, and if I do vlookup then this function would need to be prepped for each week separately. It is only 20 figures each week so vlookup takes more time than manual work. However I thought I could "upgrade" this, and perhaps use some VB to update the master index with just one button. My knowledge of VB is too basic to do it myself and I hope someone will have a good idea :)

I can have the data on different document or two sheets, whatever it takes. I am flexible. Thank you.

Regards,
Erboka
