Meta Tags Auto Refresh

I have been using the following code to refresh the page after 2 seconds. However, it keeps looping.

I want the code to refresh after 2 seconds for ONE time, then stop. Can anyone help?

META http-equiv="REFRESH" content="2; url=http://www.testing123.com"
