Hi,

I would like to create a pop up window that displays the message," how many days would you like to accrue for _ out of _ days"?

The_ would be user input as to which excel then
1. Divides the values inputted
**for instance how many days would you like to accrue for 3 out of 7 days = .43

2. Multiplies Columns G and H by the number generated in 1.

Thats it! Thank you so much for your help

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
a sheet : ENTRY , to enter the values:
Range("A1") for X,
Range("A2") for Y,
Range("A3") = Range("A1")/ Range("A2")
and caption: How many days would you like to accrue for X out of Y days.

this would recalculate your values on your main sheet with the formula, like:
I1 = G1*Entry!Range("$A$3")
J1 = H1*Entry!Range("$A$3")
