Hello to all,
Not sure how to do this
My report looks like this:

Apple...........$10.00
Apple...........$15.00
Orange.........$20.00

Total............$45.00

Need it to look like this:

Apple...........$25.00
Orange.........$20.00

Total............$45.00

Should the "merging" by company be done on a query first and then the report based on that query or can it be done from within the report itself ?

Thank you

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Just got my answer from Denis (SydneyGeek) from an unrelated posting... if interested see "autosorting on close"
Thanks all the same to all of you
