Hi,

I have about 70 excel file that share the same column headers and would like to know if there's an easy/fast way of adding them automatically into 1 single master file?

Thank you.

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
"...an easy/fast way of adding them automatically..."

What do you mean by "adding" ?

Create a new workbook of the 70 Excel files?
Create a new workbook consisting of 70 Excel files where individual cells are added together?
Or something else?

Creating a new ("accumulated") work book that will contain the info from the 70 files in 1 sheet in the new work book. All 70 files share the same column names; for example, right now we have a spreadsheet for each week of the year with same info in terms of attributes, and we want to build 1 file with the yearly information, so we want to add all 52 weeks into 1.
