I have a spreadsheet with 3 fields, (First Name) (MI) (Last Name). This spreadsheet consists of 313 students. I want to merge these fields into one field with there first name, mi, and last name in it. How can I merge these fields without losing the info of the 2nd and 3rd field. I am using Windows 98. Excel 97. Thanks.

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
