Dear all,

I fear there may not be a solution to this problem, but here goes.......

I have two spreadsheets. Each sheet has 5 tabs (year 7, year 8, year 9, year 10, year 11).

You can download the sheets here: https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B2kA5LQXm97jRGdqTmtKeTI3TEE

Description of the problem:

  • Each tab shows a number of pupil timetables.
  • The timetables for each student are identical on each spreadsheet....apart from the colours of some cells.
  • I would like to produce one spreadsheet which shows the student timetables with the colours combined from each spreadsheet.
  • (Colours combined - e.g. for pupil 1 on spreadsheet 1 has 5 cells highlighted green and on spreadsheet 2 pupil 1 has a different 10 cells highlighted yellow. I want one spreadsheet with the green and yellow cells highlighted).

Is there a solution!?

Steve
