Merge vs relationships

Hi,

I am new to the Power BI world.

I created a power query with a lot of merges. Then read if you have a lot of merges, you should use relationships, so I tried. But I keep getting an error saying a relationship cannot be created because too many duplicates.

What is going on? When I used merged, I didn't have an issue.
 

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
