I'm at a loss as to what to do. I have two excel workbooks, one with a set of student identification numbers and another file with a set of student identification numbers (including the numbers from the first file, along with scores). What I would like to do is merge those two files together so that I only get the scores associated with the students that were listed in my first file and delete the rest. I've used conditional formatting (finding duplicates) and different sorting techniques, but it's a lot of work (there are over 3800 students in the 2nd file - and I'm trying to only associate scores to about 300 of the 3800 students). Is there a quick way to associate the students in the first file with the data in the other file withough all this work?

Thank you in advance....
