Hello

I am after some help. I have a spreadsheet that has 3 sheets in to monitor shipments.

The headings of each sheet is the same. The information that goes into each sheet is determined if the order is still to load. Has loaded and in transit. Or Arrived.

Not Loaded
In Transit
Arrived

The rows for each order will be cut and pasted between the sheets depending on the status of the order.

I am looking for a 4th sheet which collects the data from the other 3 sheets that will allow me to run pivot tables to look at all of the orders no matter what the status is.

Obviously will be adding to the data in the original 3 sheets all the time.

Is there anything available that can do this automatically?

Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
Since you have 365, there may be a better/easier option.

Instead of entering data on 3 separate sheets, enter ALL the data into one sheet.
Then, use the new FILTER function on your other 3 sheets to only filter and return the values meeting your criteria for those sheets.
The great thing about the new FILTER function is that it is dynamic, and you only need to enter the formula into one cell. All the matching rows will automatically "spill" into the rows below it.

See here for more details on this great new function. It makes tasks like this much easier!
