Merge Excel into Word

I have a Word document template & need to fill in the blanks (blanks= name, address, phone, misc info, etc, etc...) So I also have an Excel template where I can fill in those blanks. How do I merge/link the two documents??

I know how to link excel worksheets, cells etc...but I have to send these documents in Word Format...help!!
