Merge all tabs into one & paste values rather than formulas

Please help!

I have a workbook with c300 tabs - all tabs are formatted the same (i.e. same headers) but have different numbers of rows. I know that to consolidate all of these into one sheet I can use:

However, my issue is that one of the columns uses a formula that references the name of whichever tab it is on using:

Is there a way to use the above so that I can keep the raw data from the other tabs as is (i.e. values rather than formulas)?</code>

Follow up question - is it possible to only paste the particular column that is a function of the name of the tab as a value (column B), and have the rest of the columns still as their formulas (which are mostly formulas based on what is in column B)?
