I am Having the exact same problem.
The step by step book isn´t at all enough. Google and MSDN aren´t very suited to the programme that we have to study. Because the information is too disperse. Do as I am doing get a book that goes a little bit deeper than step by step! Preferably in the language you are going to sit the exam!
By the way have got practice exercises I am having trouble in getting those...

The book I have it´s in portuguese.And for what I have studied yesterday the things we have to study are very disperse.
My English was not so good in my post and I was asking you if you have exercises, mainly with IFs and Charts. I´ve tried the exam last week and failed because the things my instructor gave us had very little to do with the actual exam. That is 100% practical.
A friend of mine promised some exercises for me to practice for tomorrow, let us see if he stays true to what he said.
