Maximium Box in the circle

Hi, Pros:
I need help in create some code with Excel VBA, which find out how to layout box in the circle, requirement as such
1. Circle diameter= 194.0000mm
2. box dimmension can be varied, but L<33.0000mm, W<26.0000mm
3. Bottom edge move up 6mm is forbidden area.
4. The result can be reference to the circle center (0,0).

4. move the box left and right, to findout the maximium box can be layout in the circle.
5. The result can be reference to the circle center (0,0).
