Max value based on changing columns

Hello,

I'm trying to find the maximum value of an array based on what fiscal quarter I am in. I have one cell that determines what quarter I am in, and I need a function that references that cell, and then uses the equivalent column in my data set to find the maximum value. Any ideas where to begin?
