Max File size for userform (.frm and .frx)

I currently have a userform that when exported has a 4kb .frm and 9000kb .frx file. I know the max File size for a module is 64Kb, but what about .frx files ?? *I use a few images for backgrounds and nicer looking buttons as well as importing a chart. Sometimes I receive a "picture is too large and will be truncated" message when closing the excel file. I also have other images/charts on a few sheets*
