I'm currently working on comparing two balance sheets as of October 2023. However, the challenge I'm facing is that the names in one of the columns are slightly different from the other sheet. For instance, one sheet has "Cash US branch USB" and the other sheet has "Cash branch of US Bk branch". I'm using the formula "=COUNT(MATCH("*"&MID(E30, SEQUENCE(LEN(E30)-9),10)&"*",'balance_sheet_Analytic-FCCS'!B:B, 0))>0", which is working fine. But I'm wondering if there's a way to highlight the matching values. Any suggestions on how to do that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Without anything to look at, it's difficult to suggest a solution.
