Following on from another thread, I'm working on a report with two pivot tables where I need to have some way of comparing the data from the first pivot with the second one to see if it matches or not. If I was producing this analysis for myself I would normally just paste special values both pivots and then use vlookups to check a particular reference to see if it is in the other pivot and then confirming the values.
For this report, sales people are going to be using it so I need the checking for lines matching or not matching to be done automatically. I was wondering if there was a way for this to be done within the first pivot, checking against the second pivot? I would be ideally looking for it do something like either display the word "MATCH" or change the colour to green in the first pivot to indicate that the same reference number has been found in the second pivot.
Many thanks.
