Matching 2 lists of data which has to match 3 items

I have 2 lists of data, each list has 4 columns labelled W,X,Y, M(measurement). Data sets are subsets of each other.
Want to match each pair of common W,X,Y data between sets along with the unique M of each set, side by side(e.g. adjacent columns).
Never used VLOOKUP but guessing this is where I would start.
