match website domains sheet2 from sheet1 in Google Spreadsheet

Hi Friends,

I have list of domains in columnH in Sheet1 and list of domains in ColumnA in Sheet2(SheetName:duplicatedomains)

Need excel formula to run in Google Spreadsheet to find duplicate domains present in sheet1 ColumnH and results should show TRUE or FALSE in sheet2 columnB
