Match value counts

1) The Values need to Match cell C1& B2 value like that cell value need to check.
Condition like as below cells

cell c1& b2

cell c2& b3

cell c3& b4

cell c4& b5 like this matching up to 100

After that I need total count of match value.

The same way need to match reaming values

The same roul for all remaining rows. Every row I need total match count.

So is A2 supposed to have the count of values from row 2 that match either C1 or B2?
