Match Specific Vales on Left and Right Vertical Axes on Chart

Hi, I have a simple Excel chart, with two sets of values.
One set is plotted against a Left hand side Axis.
The other set is plotted against a Right hand side Axis.
I am trying to 'force' the two scales so that I can chose a value on the Left and the Right and that will be 'horizontally' matched on the chart.

Here is what I have:

In this chart Excel has chosen 0.655 (on the LEFT) to marry against 0 (on the right).
Say I want to 'force' excel to match 0.66 on the LEFT against 0 on the right.
This needs to be dynamic, so that I can change the value on the LEFT that I want to match against 0 on the right.
Can this be done?

Is this what you wanted? Set the minimum value of this axis as in the photo.
