Hopefully I can explain this enough for someone to answer.
I have a column (30+ rows) that I labeled "LIST" I then on another worksheet have a Conditional Format formula saying =MATCH($AJ60, LIST,0)
The LIST column is all blank lines until a condition is met then it will fill with either UNDER or OVER. If the LIST column fills for example with UNDER the CF does highlight all the UNDER's on the worksheet and the OVER's are blanked out or removed but although the fields are now blank except for a formula =""&VLOOKUP($AG62,'Over-Under'!$G$261:$L$406,4,FALSE) the blank field still highlights the same as with the cells with UNDER. How do I make the MATCH formula ignore the opposite of what is on the LIST.
