MATCH formula help!

Hi! I am looking to see if the following is possible...

I want Tab 1 to reference Tab 2 based on an identifier in a specific column.
If the identifier is present in Tab 2 then I want the output to be nothing.
If the identifier is not present in Tab 2, then I want the output to add that entire row to the bottom of Tab 1.

Not even sure if this is possible but looking for your help!

Welcome to the forum. By bottom of Tab 1, do you actually mean the last row of the sheet, or the first row under the currentrange?
Do you want a VBA solution?
