Match data in chart with multiple filters

I have two worksheets with chart data. There are two groups in worksheet 1 : A and B, each group has 3 subgroups "X", "Y" and "Z". Now there are few numbers in the left column and values are plotted against the each of the numbers in respect to the group and subgroup.


Now, there is another set of data in Worksheet 2 where it has 4 columns : "Number", "Group" "Sub-group" and "Value". I need to match whether the number in Worksheet2 for that particular group and sub-group matches the value with the data plotted in sheet 1.
