Match data from two columns

Hi,
I'm useless at excel so any help here would be very much appreciated.
Column A is a list of a few thousand customer accounts that have loyalty points. Column C is a mailing list of a few thousand that have signed up for newsletters, many of these email addresses are in column A but not all have signed up for newsletters.

I need to pick out column C emails that match any emails in column A to populate column D

clEmail	loyaltyPoints	mailingList	emails signed up with points
myemail1@gmail.com	241​	myemail1@mail.com

myemail3@gmail.com	63​	myemail3@mail.com

What version of Excel are you using?

I need to pick out of column C any emails that match any emails in column A to populate column D with those email addresses

col C contains emails from a mailing list, colum A contains emails from a list of accounts, I need to populate column D with emails from col C that ONLY match emails in col A
