Match a list to itself ignore exact matches and find the next 3 closest matches

Hello, I am very new to Power Query

I am using office 360

I want to match a list to itself and ignore exact matches and find the next 3 closest matches

I have a power query that produced a single column of data I then removed all duplicates.
I duplicated the query and know I want to merge these two queries and fuzzy match and ignore exact matches and find the next 3 closest matches

Is this possible?
