Master File with Hyperlink

Company policy dictates we don’t save excel files on our desktop as a revision could occur and we work off old forms which is against our ISO procedure. We must open them from our employee portal every time, I do this daily with about 10 individual documents. I was thinking of making a master excel file that contains all ten individual files, as separate tabs. The key would be the master file updating anytime a revision is made to a separate document that way I’m not working off old versions. Anyone know how to have a tab update through an inveividual hyperlinked excel file?
