Mass Mail to separate individuals that includes a table with border and colour formatting

Hi Excel Pro's

I am hoping that someone could help me, please....
I recently started using Ron de Bruin's Mass Mail template which works great but now I have been tasked to do personalise e-mails to separate individuals which must include a table with certain results which will be unique to the person in question.

Now to better explain my problem I have uploaded my excel file which explains everything. Hope this is ok.
