I formatted a shared document (shared via Microsoft Teams/OneDrive) to print correctly on Computer A, and then I observed that all the settings (especially the custom margin settings) hold from one computer to the others (Computer B and Computer C), which is what I wanted. This results in a correct print job from Computer B, but an incorrect print job from Computer C.
The custom margins are set to: top and bottom 0.25, left and right 0.35, header and footer 0.3. The scaling is set to "fit all columns on one page." The print area is set to columns N through AW, and all rows and columns are set to a square 15x15 (20 pixels by 20 pixels). The sheet is protected.
All of these settings 1) allow me to print the material correctly on my computer (A), and 2) appear to hold firm on my coworkers' computers (B and C). But when one of these coworkers prints (C), the material spills over, not fitting on one page. I've tried adjusting the top/bottom margins to 0.2, but I get the same result (perfect from Computers A and B, but bad from C).
What is happening with Computer C? Is there some setting I'm overlooking? Computer B is printing to a different printer (correctly), while Computer C is printing to the same printer as A. So I can't see how it's an issue with the printer itself.
Thanks for the help!!
