Map Hyperlink for List of Addresses

Hello,

I am a commercial roofing contractor. We love to look at the satellite images of big flat roofs to look for signs of weather and wear.

I have a excel spreadsheet from the county that has 5000 flat roof buildings.

I have already figured out how to use Geocoder to plot all of these buildings on a map. However, I would like a hyperlink for each address within my database.

Does anybody know of a mapping application which converts addresses or longitude/latitude into a zoomed-in map hyperlink for Google, Yahoo, or Bing maps?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Some useful info on the map url which might be os use

If you take a standard URL as provided by Google Maps (not sure of the others, sorry) then if you know you longitude, latitude and height at which you want to view from you should be able to simply concatenate those cells into the URL and add it to you database

http://maps.google.co.uk/?ie=UTF8&ll=55.859075,-4.258211&spn=0.002932,0.009463&t=h&z=17

You may need to obtain values for the spn element.
