Many Linked cells to unopened workbook

I inherited a bunch of workbooks that have many links, but cannot change it, so dealing with it. Is there a way you can put parts of the link in a different cells and then combine them to create the path, workbook, tab, and cell, you need for the link? I can get it as text but cannot convert it to a link?
