I am putting together a user manaual. Is ther anywhere on the web were I can download the data into word. I have tried copying from the help screen within access but it only copies the text and not the the screen images.

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
If doing a print screen and then pasting to Word does not suffice, I know of one other way you can do that, but it requires some software.

If you have Adobe PDF Writer, you can print the table/form/query/report to a PDF file. Then, if you have PDF Converter for Microsoft Word, you can convert that PDF to a Word document.

There may be other ways, but this is the only one that I, in my limited scope, know.
