Manual Recalc on Refresh All?

Hi - is there an option that allows "Refresh All" to recalculate a workbook prior to refreshing pivots & queries?

I have a workbook that is using manual refresh. When I click refresh all, I'd like the workbook to be recalculated first (instead of relying on a user to remember to recalculate the workbook).

Does anyone know if this is possible without macros?

I don't think that can be done. Not without VBA or other scripting methods.
