OK, ya encontré un manual de excel 2007, se llama Excelitis.com y está bastante bien. Me he bajado la demo de 45 páginas y me ha gustado, por lo que me he comprado el manual avanzado por 7 euros (9 dólares).
Me ha sorprendido bastante, la verdad, están muy cuidados los contenidos.
