Manual Data Refresh in PowerPivot 2010 in SharePoint 2010 Gallery doesnt work

When I set a timer job for the data to refresh it does. When I manual refresh it does not refresh and I get no error message.

I am using SharePoint 2010 PowerPivot gallery and excel 2010. Any suggestions to get the manual refresh working?

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
